Our house grilled fish fillet sandwiches use a simple marinade for flavor, and then grilled to perfection. Juicy grilled fish fillet served on a bun with melty provolone cheese, bacon, grilled red onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and a drizzled with garlic pepper sauce.

Key Ingredients:

• Fish – large boneless skinless white fish fillet.
• Paprika & Garlic Powder – to flavor the first.
• Olive Oil – for brushing the grill.
• Tortillas – toasted not soggy.
• Cheese – provolone.
• Red onion – grilled onions for the BEST flavor!
• Bacon – crispy bacon adds soo much flavor!
• Tomatoes & Lettuce – sliced and shredded.
• Salad Dressing – Italian.
